Refund policy

Every decant is hand-poured from a full, authentic bottle, so we can't take back opened or used samples.

 

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or wrong, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

If your package is lost in the mail, reach out the same way and we'll help you sort it out.
